Consumer Complaint Procedure

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act JADRANSKI LUKSUZNI HOTELI d.d. Dubrovnik, Masarykov put 20, OIB 22797775374, enables the consumers to submit a complaint.

The complaint is submitted in writing via email to: prigovor@alh.hr or via mail to the address provided above. JADRANSKI LUKSUZNI HOTELI d.d. undertakes to respond to the received complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt.
